Dragofest è la festa dei giovani organizzata dal Progetto Giovani del Comune di San Giorgio della Richinvelda e da San Giorgio Insieme. Dragofest è musica, internet, playstation, poesia e altro. E anche quest'anno Dragofest, attraverso la sua Web Gallery, supererà i confini locali per aprirsi al contributo di artisti da tutto il mondo.
E’ una galleria virtuale ospitata su questo sito nella quale i partecipanti possono esporre liberamente e gratuitamente le loro opere. Condizioni di partecipazione Per partecipare basta essere giovani o sentirsi giovani e avere qualcosa da dire, mostrare, proporre. La proposta è aperta anche a contributi internazionali. I lavori possono essere di tipo artistico, letterario, poetico o creativo, purchè adatti ad essere ospitati su pagine web. Per ragioni pratiche non possono essere accolte delle creazioni musicali o video (queste potranno però trovarsi su siti creati dal partecipante, la web-gallery ne conterrà solo i link). Altre dimensioni/ caratteristiche/ formati vanno preventivamente concordati.
I lavori possono essere inviati come email, o allegato a email (nei formati sopradescritti) o a mezzo SMS (es. brevi poesie). Possono essere anche consegnati direttamente o inviati a mezzo posta. I lavori vanno corredati di una breve autopresentazione dell’autore e di descrizioni/ commenti / didascalie alle opere.
Tempi e modalità di consegna I lavori dovranno pervenire entro il 1 Luglio 2002. La loro pubblicazione online avverrà entro una settimana dalla loro ricezione. Il formato elettronico è preferito, si accettano però anche lavori su carta che verranno convertiti a cura dell'organizzazione. Indirizzo

Allestimento Se i lavori non pervengono già integrati in pagine HTML, l’organizzazione si riserva il diritto di presentare le opere in una modalità standard neutra e simile per tutti i partecipanti (sfondo bianco e testo nero o sfondo nero e testo bianco a seconda delle caratteristiche grafiche dell’opera). Presentazione al pubblico e alla stampa La presentazione ufficiale delle opere verrà fatta durante la giornata conclusiva di Dragofest, il 14 Luglio 2002, a cura di una giuria composta da un pittore, uno scultore, un grafico e un rappresentante di San Giorgio Insieme. La giuria si limiterà a dare un giudizio utile a favorire la lettura e la comprensione delle opere. Non sono previste classifiche e premiazioni.
About Dragofest
Dragofest is a youth festival organised by the Progetto Giovani of the Comune di San Giorgio della Richinvelda and the San Giorgio Insieme association. From 2001 Dragofest has gone beyond local borders and opened itself up to the artistic contributions of people abroad, via the Dragofest Web-Gallery.
The Dragofest Web-Gallery is a virtual gallery hosted at this web site where artists can freely show their work.
How to participate To participate, you need to be young (or just "feel young") and have something interesting to say, show, propose, no matter what your language or nationality may be. Your work may take the form of visual art, literature, poetry, or whatever you feel best expresses your creative side - provided it's suitable to be posted on a web page. For practical reasons we will not be able to accept music or video files, but these may be posted by the participants on their own web sites, with the Web-Gallery hosting only their links. The contributions can be sent via e-mail, e-mail attachments, or SMS (e.g. short poems). They can be also delivered directly or sent by standard mail. The works should come complete with a short profile of the author and presentation, a description of the technique used, and the title of each work.
Time and mode of delivery The material should reach us by July the 1st, 2002. The online publication will start within a week from receipt. Although a digital format is preferred, paper is also accepted and will be converted into digital format by us with care. Email:

Publishing If the works do not come as a ready-to-publish web page, they will be published using a standard style, similar for all participants (black fonts on white background or white fonts on black background, according to the graphical characteristics of the work).
Presentation of works to the public and the press The official presentation will be made during the final Dragofest day, 14th July 2002, by a team consisting of a painter, a sculptor, a graphic designer and a representative of San Giorgio Insieme. The team will provide the public with an introduction to the artists and their work so as to facilitate the understanding of their art. The team feels that, due to the type of media, it would be difficult to appropriately rate the works and attribute prizes.
